Our Mentoring programs aim to use music as a way to support and mentor young adults and teens. We aim to offer supervised safe spaces where youth from our community can come explore and learn new skills that could help them in life.
It’s undeniable that music plays a major role in how we see and interact with others and the world in general. Music helps us emotionally, socially and shapes our individual and collective personalities. There are so many reasons why music is important in the world, both today and always. Here we highlight some of the benefits our program will have on our mentees:

1. Develop our Mentees: By believing in our mentees and giving them a chance to believe in themselves, it will allow them to explore and express themselves in new ways.
2. Increase engagement and retention: Effective mentoring boosts retention rates 69% for mentors and 72% for mentees in a mentoring program.
3. Promote diversity and Inclusion: By giving a fair shot to all of our community, we believe we can find those hidden gems.
4. Improving the Community: We believe that by providing the youth with safe space where they could explore and focus their energy towards something creative and positive , would decrease their chances of becoming potential targets for gang violence.
5. Developing Leaders: by instilling self belief and self love, ultimately building their self-esteem and confidence we develop potential future community leaders.
Program Structure
Program Structure
Program Runtime: Studios will be open between 15.30 and 18.30 during the school term, Monday to Friday, as well as during half-terms and school holidays for sessions and potential bootcamps to take place.
Program Topics: Music Production, Music Business, Sound Engineering, Self-help, Songwriting.
Program Progress: Progress checked every week by creating weekly tasks.
